Malaysia to Singapore

Hey folks,

only 2 minutes of internet, so godda be quick...

Been to The Best Beach In The World (Perhentian islands, Malaysia), then to the Cameron highlands, also Malaysia, for tea and scones, and have now hit Singapore! Which is well civilised, and accordingly expensive. Maybe a sling will help.

D'oh. Didn't manage to finish in my 2 minutes. Another dollar down the pan. Anyhow, Malaysia was ace, if a little whistle-stop, and we've now got 3 days in a very posh, though slightly over budget hostel. Godda fill up on the free breakfast to make it worth while. We're meeting up with Dave's brother Daniel this afternoon, who's gonna tell us what we should do for the next few days.

Oh, and I've splashed out on a new iPod. Pleeeeease don't let me lose this one...

All's well & much fun,

Will.

Why not spoil yourself once in a while!!! Live it up and eat as much breakfast as is humanly possible!

Thailand to Laos to Vietnam to Vietnam to Malaysia to Singapore - I'll bet the culture shock hits the pocket! Before you leave do try to include one of the Hawker centres - very good very cheap (by western standards) food, and if possible the sea food restaurant as well (not a single place, a block of them) for chillie crab. Yes, a Singapore Sling at Raffles is unmissable, but only one or you won't be able to afford to fly back after Matt's wedding.

Enjoy!
